Terms of Service

Overview
Loma is a group golf booking platform operated at loma.golf. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Loma.
How It Works
Organizers use Loma to book group golf rounds at partner courses. When you submit a booking, a deposit is charged to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is collected by the course on your day of play. If the course declines or the booking expires, your deposit is refunded automatically.
Cancellation
Each course sets its own cancellation policy during onboarding. Cancellation terms are tiered — the refund percentage depends on how far in advance you cancel. The applicable cancellation policy and refund tiers are displayed on every listing before you book.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Loma collects a per-player deposit from the organizer at booking time and remits the course payout after the round is completed. The remaining balance is paid directly to the course at check-in. Loma does not store your credit card details.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of Liability
Loma is a marketplace that connects organizers with golf courses. We facilitate bookings and process payments but are not responsible for the on-course experience, course conditions, or any actions taken by the course. Loma’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Loma after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
